Excellent Stay Downtown
perfect location cute concept lovely surprise antique building
Location is perfect. We walked to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel concept are very cute. I found lovely surprises on my bed each day. The antique building has wooden stairs and entrance I appreciate.
You must go up some stairs when you get to the hotel. There is no elevator.

Staff are courteous. They give great advice. Renato, in particular, was really good and always attentive. I note they helped with my luggage and answered all questions very well.

Breakfast is very good. It has fresh, high-quality products. The breakfast room has coffee and cakes. I could also find books. Nice little treats are left on our bed each day also.

The room are bright and big. I like the romantic balcony. It overlooks a pretty patio. The bathroom is good too. The bed are super comfortable and the facilities clean too.

challenging stairs unhelpful staff
the location was fine, i suppose.
The lack of an elevator meant hauling my luggage up what seemed like a million stairs. It was not a pleasant experience and definitely strained my back. i also found the staff rather unhelpful when i requested assistance with it. seriously, i was expecting better service.

welcome staff comfy bed amazing location
Emanuel at check-in. he answered every question with a smile. the comfy bed ensured i had a good night's sleep. I woke up refreshed each morning. the location is amazing, everything is so close!
the sound proofing in the rooms was not the best, and i could hear sounds from the bathroom next door all night long which was a bit disturbing
